Kjetil Berge is a London based artist.
His current projects in addition to Bubbleheads, are Seven Sisters and Eye to Eye.
Seven Sisters is a community musical in video format set in North London. With singing shop assistants and pavement dancing. A collaboration with Gordon Hon.
Eye to Eye will be a choral and digital piece for hundred voices scheduled for Minac Theatre, Cornwall and the Sheffield Crucible,. The collaboration instigated by the writer Sheila Hill, includes the composer Howard Skempton.
Bubbleheads is a public artwork, commissioned for a secondary school consisting of renovated bus shelters. The futuristic shapes will rest on concrete casts of hand-written words provided by the pupils of the school.
Kjetil Berge is selected to participate in the Havana Biannual 2006.
